The New Trier Sailing Team ended their season earlier than expected this year. After competing in both Mallory and Baker Qualifiers, the teams failed to advance onto Nationals, but they did qualify for the National Invite Team Race Nationals in Rochester, New York. New Trier placed 8th overall at Rochester. The sailing team is by far the most well-traveled of all the New Trier teams. In the past year, they have traveled as far as San Diego, Detroit, Rochester, Charleston, New Jersey, and Florida compete in national regattas.
