1. Go cloud-watching.
Spending a bit of time in nature allows you to de-stress and stay grounded.
2. Goof around for a bit.
You’ll be all-around happier if you embrace your playful side.
Even if it’s only for 20 minutes, time to reflect on the day and center your mind can improve your mood and outlook on life.
Sometimes disorganized spaces can bring stress. Decluttering your space will make your environment more peaceful and relaxing.
5. Unplug for an hour
Removing oneself from the constant distraction of social media will allow you to just chill out and focus on yourself.
6. Take negative people out of your social media feed
Having negative influences in your life will only make your mood worse. Take out the negative energy and surround yourself with happiness.
7. Take three deep breaths
These breaths will serve to center yourself and bring relaxation.
8. Go for a walk or run
Exercise will make your mind and body feel great, and endorphins that are naturally released during exercise will improve your mood.
9. Get 15 minutes of sun
Make sure to use sunscreen! Exposure to sunlight increases the levels of the hormone serotonin to improve mood.
10. Get out of your comfort zone.
Taking logical risks will make your life more vibrant and fulfilling.
