Isabella Castro is one of the Entertainment and Opinions editors for the New Trier News. Before that, she was a staff reporter. When she’s not in the newsroom or calling herself a philistine (the irony is apparent), she enjoys learning about the medical field and scientific research. Her favorite things to do include watching TV with her mom and dog, practicing Krav Maga and BJJ, and FaceTiming her friends at random times.
